Cancellation Policy

Clear guidelines on cancellations, refunds, and changes to your travel bookings

1. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be made through official communication channels such as email or phone.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days remaining before the travel date. The closer the cancellation, the higher the charges.

3. Last-Minute Cancellation / No Show

No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of travel or in case of a no-show.

4. Refund Process

Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation approval.

5. Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of natural calamities, weather issues, or government restrictions, cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
